Canada Analytical & Process Technologies has significantly expanded its product range to include liquid and gas mass flow measurement and control, liquid vaporization systems, high precision pressure control, vacuum measurement and control including capacitance manometer technology; chemical and biochemical identification using FT-Raman and in-line chemical concentration monitors; multi-gas and single gas analyzers including mass spectrometers, Residual Gas Analyzers (RGA’s), FT-IR spectroscopy, ammonia analyzers, IPA monitors and thermal desorption tubes for GC and GC/MS; tools for semiconductor processing including mask-less photolithograph, thin film analyzers and quartz crystal monitors, particle detection, end-point detection; flow, vacuum and pressure calibration.
